Please tell us about your current work.

I mainly do sales and site management.

When do you feel rewarded?

We do our work in cooperation with ourselves, our colleagues, vendors and customers. In this way, we have a sense of accomplishment for each other because we are involved with many people to complete the work. In particular, I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I start from nothing and create a large piece of equipment.

Please tell us what led you to join the company.

What is a "furnace" in the first place? It was a feeling. I myself didn't go to an industrial university, but I joined the company because I wanted to try making things. The employees are relatively older, but I feel that they are very kind and easy to work with.

What do you want to challenge in the future?

I want to make the production site safer and more efficient.
Right now, I'm trying to find new customers in Japan, but in the future, I'd like to broaden my horizons overseas and take on a wide range of new challenges.

I mainly do on-site management and production management.

When do you feel rewarded?

I feel rewarded when I finish my work at the customer's company and am thanked. In addition, there are many jobs that I am experiencing for the first time, and I can feel my own growth through them, which is very rewarding.

Please tell us what led you to join the company.

I originally had experience with CAD and knowledge of electricity, so I joined the company because I wanted to do a job where I could make use of it.

What do you want to challenge in the future?

I would like to continue to challenge various jobs while maintaining relationships of trust with customers.
